We made it! Day 1 of our Morning Routine Makeover Challenge is in the books. We've been exploring the secret power of morning rituals and seen how they can be a magic wand, transforming our daily life into something extraordinary.

As we flip the calendar on to Day 2, it's time to switch things up. Today, we're going to play detective with our own morning habits. It's all about understanding our personal rhythms, those rituals that make your morning feel as comfortable as your favorite slippers.

Next, spy on your notes and let's play a quick round of: Does this spark joy or did I just sigh? Figure out which tasks are your morning superstars and which are, well, more like annoying, time-hungry gremlins. Don't forget, the aim isn't to stress but learn what's stealing your morning sunshine.
